Amounts and purpose
Amounts shown on this site are in US dollars. Essential is $900 per year and Professional is $1,450 per year, both through enquiry. Published global annual dues are $4,790 and the new-member initiation fee is separately $4,790 one time. Chapter charges and applicable first-year adjustments are additional to those global figures.
Online payment routes
An enquiry link opens an email message, not checkout. Where a payment route is provided, it opens a separately hosted payment page after a review step. Confirm that the page identifies the intended recipient, purpose, amount, currency and interval. This website does not collect card details and does not promise a specific processor or payment method.
Charge timing and renewal
Do not assume that an annual display price authorizes automatic renewal. No recurring charge is created by using the website’s forms. A hosted checkout must describe the charge it will process. If the amount or interval differs from your written confirmation, stop and contact us before paying.
Confirmation and receipts
After an authorized hosted payment, retain the provider’s confirmation and any receipt. For membership, separately confirm acceptance and the applicable membership period. A payment receipt alone does not establish eligibility, event registration or a particular membership benefit.
Failed or duplicate payments
If confirmation is missing or a payment appears unsuccessful, check with the recipient before trying repeatedly. For a duplicate, incorrect or unrecognized amount, contact contact@ypopalm.com with the date, amount and reference. Do not send full card details or security codes.
Billing questions and refund requests
Send billing enquiries to contact@ypopalm.com and identify the arrangement concerned. Refer to the Refund Policy for the applicable categories and request method. An enquiry can help investigate a discrepancy and does not limit any right to contact your payment provider or exercise legal rights.
