Global membership
Eligibility comes first.
The standard global application criteria include being under 45 and serving as the top operational leader with final decision authority, responsibility for profit and loss, and authority over hiring and termination.
The published company criteria include 50 full-time employees, or at least 15 with annual employee compensation of $2.75 million. Financial thresholds vary by company type: $16 million revenue for sales, service or manufacturing; $13 million for agencies; $330 million assets under management for financial institutions; or $27 million enterprise value.
Eligibility must be assessed for the individual application. Enquiries about the Essential and Professional learning options do not bypass global admission requirements.

Membership questions
Are Essential and Professional the same as global membership?
No. They are enquiry-based learning options shown at $900 and $1,450 USD annually. Their availability and scope must be confirmed in writing. Global YPO membership has separate eligibility, acceptance and dues.
What is the cost for a new global member?
The published one-time initiation fee is $4,790 USD, plus annual global dues of $4,790 USD and separate local chapter charges. First-year global dues may be prorated. April, May and June estimates also include the upcoming fiscal year.
Is there monthly billing?
No monthly plan is offered on this site. Annual pricing is not permission to charge your account automatically.
When are global renewal dues due?
Annual global renewal dues are payable June 1 before the fiscal year of July 1 through June 30. Published global dues may increase annually by at least the Consumer Price Index.
